People often refer to the TV as the small screen. It may be small in size alone. However, as far as popularity goes, the TV actors are equally popular if not more than the actors from the film industry are. In fact, there are many actors who have moved from the TV industry to the film industry as well as vice versa.
Shahrukh Khan, Vidya Balan, Sushant Singh Rajput are some people who have graduated from the TV serial industry to the big screen successfully. Similarly, actors such as Ronit Roy have taken the reverse route. The television industry is a highly developed one today. You have different kinds of actors in the TV industry.
